BRMS product and account boundaries

The merchant Web workspace supports merchant operations such as orders, catalogue and store settings, devices, finance and service management, subject to the account permissions and enabled capabilities. Customer ordering and delivery use their own clients.

Platform administration is separate from the restaurant workspace. Public website help reads published guides and cannot submit orders, move funds, issue refunds or change a merchant account.
